About Charaibahi College

         Charaibahi College is the only center of higher education in a large rural area in the eastern part of Morigaon district. It is purely a degree Arts College established in the year 1990. It was 16th August of that year that some foresighted local dignitaries and wellwishers took the pain to give birth to this institution. Since then, all financial, academic and administrative affairs of the college had been managed and run by the Governing Body till recently it was provincialized with effect from 01-01-2013. The college is affiliated to Gauhati University. Charaibahi College has received its recognition under section 2 (f) and 12 (B) of UGC Act. 1956.

Location:

           Charaibahi College is located in a completely rural and peaceful area in the heart of larger Charaibahi village. It is in 13km east from Morigaon Town and 35km west from Nagaon Town. It is located near Charaibahi H.S. School and Charaibahi Mini Stadium by the BorbhogiaMikirbheta P.W.D. Road. The college is purely in a noiseless and pollution-free environment with rural natural beauties
